Abstract:

Estimation of CYTOPLASMIC EFFECTS of Baluchi sheep breed for production traits were studied. The data used in the present study were collected from flocks at the Abbasabad sheep breeding research station in north east of Iran included 13625 animals descended from 275 sire and 3863 dam.Traits were birth weight, waning weight, 6-month weight, 12-month weight and greasy fleece weight at 18 month. CYTOPLASMIC origin was found by tracing the individual progeny to the earliest ancestor in the pedigree. Genetic Parameters were estimated by Derivative Free Restricted Maximum Likelihood (DFREML) using univariate animal models. For all traits CYTOPLASMIC EFFECTS were not important. The evidence is broadly consist with 4% for BW and 2% for GFW of variation in performance due to CYTOPLASMIC EFFECTS. However EFFECTS in genetic evaluations are likely to be small. Maternal genetic effect contribution on greasy fleece weight was very low.

Abstract:

Introduction: Alternative punishments of imprisonment, which are called as a new approach of the penal system to fight against the negative consequences of prison, have many EFFECTS and consequences that need to be investigated. Therefore, in this study, while examining the types of alternative punishments, the moral and social EFFECTS of the implementation of these punishments have been explored. Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted using an analytical-descriptive method. In this study, in order to provide an appropriate answer to the question presented, by referring to the theoretical bases (books) and articles published in the ISC, Magiran, Civilica, SID and Ensani in the years 2011 to 2023 and with the method of extracting the existing legal provisions, the effectiveness of this type of punishment was also criticized in reaching the intended goals. Conclusion: The results of this study show that with the implementation of such punishments, the level of public trust, the growth of morals and social capital in the society will also improve. Therefore, the implementation of these punishments, while reducing the criminal population of prisoners and reforming them, provides better implementation of social justice and improvement of public trust, emotional and financial support for the families of criminals

Abstract:

Although many studies have been conducted on the anticancer EFFECTS of plant extracts, few studies have been done on the anticancer EFFECTS of fungal extracts. The aim of this study was to investigate the apoptotic EFFECTS of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CYTOPLASMIC extract on MCF-7 cell line. In this experimental laboratory study, MCF-7 breast cancer cells were treated with 500, 1000, and 2000 µg/mL of Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract for 24, 48, and 72 hours. Cell viability was assessed using MTT assay and cellular apoptosis was determine using flow cytometry. The data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance. The results of the MTT test showed the percentage of cell viability decreased corresponding to an increase in the concentration and the treatment duration of the extract such that the lowest percentage of cell viability was observed at a concentration of 2000 and a duration of 72 hours. The flow cytometry results confirmed apoptotic cell death in cancer cells. The results of this study indicate the cytotoxic EFFECTS of Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract on breast cancer cells. The flow cytometry results confirmed that the cytotoxic EFFECTS were due to the induction of apoptosis in cancer cells.

Abstract:

in this research, their EFFECTS on the flight of airplanes were investigated. The study area is the country of Iran, and the flight routes of Kermanshah, Ahvaz and BandarAbbas to Tehran. The research data includes maps of the Vertical Transect (profile) of the jet stream, the daily average of the Zonal wind (U-Wind) and meridional wind (V-Wind) components for the winter period of 2018 through NOAA/NCEP environmental databases. Also, flight route information was received from FlightRadar24 and Flightaware systems. First, by using Vertical Transect maps, the days containing strong U-Wind were extracted, and the average position of the core of the Jet Streams in the Zonal and meridional wind components, the Tropospheric level of 200 HP was detected. The list of flights was prepared, and the Zonal Wind maps were produced. Finally, the height of the flights was compared with the level of the currents of the Jet Streams, and the influence or lack of influence of the Jet Streams on the flights was studied. According to the results of the research, all the Jet Streams caused turbulence for all flights, and they caused a decrease in the speed of flights between Ahvaz and BandarAbbas to Tehran and an increase in the speed of flights between Kermanshah and Tehran according to the direction and type of Jet Streams. It was also found that all the Jet Streams had a speed of more than 90 knots, so the capacity to create tension and turbulence such as CAT was seen in them

Abstract:

Antineutrophil CYTOPLASMIC autoantibodies were detected in patients with some autoimmune and vascular disease such as Wegner’s granulomatosis polyarthritis nodosa and systemic lupus erythematosus. Indirect immunofluorescence technique was employed to detect these autoantibodies. By this method, two general patterns of antineutrophil CYTOPLASMIC autoantibodies were seen: a CYTOPLASMIC (C-ANCA) and a perinuclear form (P-ANCA). These antibodies also were observed in uveitis. In this study the presence of antineutrophil CYTOPLASMIC autoantibodies in 25 patients with uveitis and its relationship with uveitis and its relationship with anatomical location of the disease is evaluated. According to the results antineutrophil CYTOPLASMIC autoantibodies was detected in 16% (4 out of 25) of the patients all of them being C-ANCA type. The results also showed that there was not any significant correlation between the presence of antineutrophil CYTOPLASMIC autoantibodies and anatomical location of the disease (P=0.65).

Abstract:

BACKGROUND AND AIM: THE NERVE GROWTH FACTOR (NGF) IS A MEMBER OF NEUROTROPHIC FACTORS WHICH INVOLVES IN SURVIVAL, DIFFERENTIATION AND GROWTH OF NEURONS. NGF HAS THREE DISULFIDE BONDS IN ITS NATIVE STRUCTURE. THEREFORE, BECAUSE OF ITS OXIDATIVE ATMOSPHERE, PROKARYOTIC EXPRESSION OF RECOMBINANT NGF SHOULD BE DONE VIA PERIPLASM. IN MANY CASES, CO-EXPRESSION OF MOLECULAR CHAPERONES FACILITATES THE SECRETION OF THE RECOMBINANT PROTEINS TO THE PERIPLASMIC SPACE AND ENHANCES THE PROTEIN SOLUBILITY, WHEREAS SOMETIMES IT DESTABILIZES STRUCTURE OF THE RECOMBINANT PROTEIN STRUCTURE AND REDUCES SURVIVAL OF THE HOST CELLS....

Abstract:

Antineutrophil CYTOPLASMIC autoanibodies (ANCA) were detecte in patients with certain autoimmune vascular disease such as Wegner’s granulomatosis, polyarthrits nodosa and systemic luuc erythematous. Indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) technique was employed to detec these autoantibodies.ANCA have been recently detected in some forms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), ulcerative colitis (U.C). Crohn’s disease (C.D) and primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC). By IIF method, two general patterns of ANCA were seen: a CYTOPLASMIC (C-ANCA) and perinuclear form (P-ANCA). In this study we evaluated the presece of ANCA in 52 U.C. patients and 69 matched normal control group by IIF technique, and it’s relationship with disease activity. Site of colon involvement and, lesion extent. The results showed that all control group were ANCA negative, but 58% of patients had ANCA, and most cases (70%) had C- ANCA. The obtained results also revealed that there was no relationship between ANCA and disease activity
